Updated UPS Service Guarantee
Impact of the Coronavirus on our Service Guarantee.

Within the U.S., UPS is designated among the government’s critical infrastructure and, therefore, continues to operate. The Novel Coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented complexities, which have required us to constantly reassess our operations. Our highest priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations. We are committed to continue operating globally except where constrained by government restrictions.
Changes to Commitment Times
Commitment times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.
SHIPPING
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-3 Business days of processing time before the orders will ship. This means that even if you order 2nd Day UPS it may take 1-3 days to complete your order before it ships via shipping method of your choice. On average most orders ship within 1 business day of order placement.
If in the event an item must be back ordered you will be informed within the first 3 business days of placing the order. We try our best to prevent this from happening but if a certain item does become back ordered we offer the following options:
- We will offer to ship partial shipment of order and ship remainder upon item availability.
2. We will offer a partial refund for the back ordered items, or a full refund excluding any custom made products ordered such as (example nametapes or plastics).
SHIPPING METHODS
All order will ship from Waynesvile, Missouri USA via the shipping method you choose.
We offer:
1st Class U.S. Mail - $4.50
- Normal delivery between 4 to 7 mailing days, after we ship it.
Priority Mail - $9.00
- Normal delivery between 2 to 5 mailing days, after we ship it.
Ground UPS - $11.00
- 1 to 7 business days, not weekends, depending on geographical location.
Only available in 48 contiguous United States, not AK or HI.

UPS 2nd Day Air - $14.00
- 2 Business Day Delivery time, after we ship the order.* (Not weekends.)
- Physical address required.
- Only available in 48 continental United States.
- Alaska and Hawaii rates are available at an additional charge.
UPS Next Day Air - $22.00
- Next Business Day Delivery time, after we ship the order.* (Not weekends.)
- Physical address required.
- Only available in 48 continental United States.
- Alaska and Hawaii rates are available at an additional charge.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
FPO and APO addresses are considered part of the United States. FPO and APO addresses which can only be shipped via 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If you select 2nd Day Air, we can ship them via Priority Mail. They can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Overseas addresses other than FPO and APO addresses may vary on the cost of shipping and require an additional shipping charge. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping to cover the extra cost. We ship overseas orders through the US Postal Service. If you have any questions, please e-mail us for more information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $20.00
For International addresses we prefer you select International 1st Class mail or Global Priority Mail. They can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Overseas addresses other than FPO and APO addresses may vary on the cost of shipping and require an additional shipping charge. RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is our main priority at 1800NAMETAPE, We will accept a return on any Non-Customized items for a full refund, not including Shipping costs as long as:
1. You contact us at orders@1800nametape.com for Return Authorization.
2. All items must be in new condition with original packaging.
3. Any refund or Exchange request must be sent within 7 business days of receiving your order.
4. Any discrepancies or order shortages must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Please note: We will not provide any refunds without following these steps.
